Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WOA Ecommerce LLC ("WOA," "we," "us") and govern your use of our websites, rewards programs and membership passes (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to join a rewards program. One account per person and per device. You are responsible for keeping your account and pass link private.
2. How rewards work
- Joining is free. We never require a purchase or payment to us to become a member.
- Offers are provided by third-party advertisers. Some offers may involve a free trial, a sign-up or a purchase with the advertiser; any such requirement is shown before you start, and taking part in any offer is optional.
- A reward is credited only after the advertiser confirms you completed the offer under its terms. Confirmation can take from minutes to several weeks, and the advertiser's decision on whether an offer was completed is final.
- Rewards are offered as a promotional benefit, are not wages or compensation for services, and have no cash value unless an offer states otherwise. Rewards are not transferable and may not be sold or combined between accounts.
- Offers, reward amounts and availability can change or end at any time. We are not responsible for an advertiser's failure to report a completion, but we will review support requests made within 30 days of completing an offer.
3. Advertiser disclosure
WOA is paid by advertisers when members complete their offers. Your relationship with any advertiser, including any purchase or subscription you start with them, is solely between you and that advertiser and is governed by its terms. Cancel any free trial before it ends if you do not want to be charged by the advertiser.
4. Fraud and prohibited conduct
You may not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, multiple accounts, false information or any other method to obtain rewards you did not legitimately earn, and you may not interfere with the Services. We may withhold or reverse rewards, and suspend or close accounts, when we reasonably suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.
5. Membership pass
Your membership pass is a convenience for accessing your account. It is not a payment card, gift card or stored-value instrument. Apple, Apple Wallet and other wallet providers are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for, our Services.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. Where required by law, we may ask for tax information before issuing certain rewards.
7. Ending your membership
You may stop using the Services and remove your pass at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account. If a program ends, we will give reasonable notice where practical. Unredeemed rewards may expire after 12 months of account inactivity or when an account is closed for violating these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any offer will be available or that the Services will be uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WOA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the value of rewards in your account or $50.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
